The ingredients in this cool gel promote blood circulation and relax the muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Before applying, clean the places good 
• Massage the cool gel good, but gently
• For long-term cooling, you can apply the gel in a layer about half an inch; applying a bandage is not required
• Do not apply the cool gel on open wounds
• Repeat if necessary
• The cool gel can be used both before and after training or competition
